YMCA COBH & CORK
The YMCA in Cobh & Cork City focuses on supporting the local community by offering various services, including a community drugs project that helps young people and their families who are affected by substance misuse. They also provide programs that foster positive family connections and youth development.
VZW HEUVELZICHT
Thanks to the generous support of our advertisers, this amount will enable Heuvelzicht School to create a sensory room for children, offering a serene space for relaxation.
MAKE ME SMILE
Make Me Smile is dedicated to enhancing the well-being and developmental opportunities of vulnerable children and young people. The organization assists school-age children and youth, aged 3 to 18, irrespective of their skin color, ethnicity, religion, or identity. Their efforts aim to improve living conditions, health, academic performance, and socio-emotional development.
ANIMAL TAILS
€1,000 - or many children and young people, daily life is something they take for granted—they go to school, join sports clubs or youth groups, play with friends, and enjoy a supportive home environment. But for others, these everyday experiences are fraught with challenges. Bullying, learning difficulties, fears of failure, and anxieties about daily life can make these activities difficult. Often, they internalize their struggles, and silence becomes a coping mechanism.
WINDEKIND
€15,000 - We went the extra mile for this special school. While their old bus was still technically sound, its bodywork was in poor shape. We fully restored the bus, making it look presentable once again and extending its service life for many more years. Thanks to the generosity of businesses in Leuven, we were able to allocate €15,000 for this restoration!
CHIRO
€1000 - The Chiro of Pepingen is doing remarkable work to support these young people. We are delighted to donate €1,000 to this fantastic group to aid their daily activities and make a positive impact in their lives!
